Holly is an accomplished actress, singer, writer, and storyteller. Teaching the art of improvisation allows her to share 30 years of expertise in the performing arts. Of all the training she’s had– improvisation, voice, on-camera, commercial acting, and voice over, she feels improv is the most valuable.
Always drawn to comedy, Holly’s multi-faceted career began with studying and performing improvisation at Chicago’s Second City. Performing in improv-based shows led to studying classical voice and starring in musical theater and cabaret productions in Chicago, Los Angeles, the Twin Cities, and around the world aboard the QE2.
Holly has also acted in many television and radio commercials, industrial films, and live events. Writing since age 6, she is a published author of children’s books, feature stories, and memoir. A diary of her life in the arts, Big Noise from LaPorte, will be published this year.
